BRIEF HISTORY OF THE CASE
Jusco is a subsidiary of Tata Steels, Jamshedpur. The company is situated in a community with living and eating facilities. was looking for biogas units for their facility because the previous ones they installed weren’t giving a satisfactory output.
REQUIREMENT THEY REACHED OUT WITH
On September 2013, Synod bioscience received a call from JUSCO, a subsidiary of Tata Steels in Jamshedpur. The call was from Mr Gaurav Anand, Environmental Manager who wanted a 30 kg portable biogas unit for one of their factory canteens. He mentioned that he had sewage units in his facility but that wasn’t functioning optimally and didn’t give a satisfactory output. Synod team has assured the output of the unit and about the service what we give to the client.
Mr.Anand was very worried about the quality of the previously installed sewage units (by someone else) and wanted a better more sustainable solution. Synod assured him about the unit’s output and also additional services that would be provided.
After careful convincing, Mr.Guarav finally agreed to test the Synod biogas unit and on November 2013, a single unit was installed at JUSCO guest house in Jamshedpur. Gaurav Anand – a passionate environmentalist – studied Synod’s biogas unit for a year and found that the technology was different from other manufacturers in the market.
As of November 2014 they have ordered 11 units which includes seven 30 kg units and four 50 kg units which have been installed in all the TATA Centres in Jamshedpur, including TATA hospital.
QUOTE/REVIEW OF CLIENT
“Although we’ve tried out several biogas plants, Synod units came through in their efficacy and durability. We have ordered from them for all our facilities now and will reach out again if more are required..”
